Job Responsibility
  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (including design, engineering, and marketing) to deliver product enhancements and new features.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and continuously monitor industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Drive product launches, including coordinating with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful rollout and adoption.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Champion the product internally and externally, serving as a subject matter expert and advocate for customer needs.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products or services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments; Scrum or Kanban experience is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment.
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with [additional technologies or methodologies relevant to product management].
  • Certifications in product management or related fields.
  • Familiarity with [specific industry such as finance, healthcare, etc.].
  • Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.
