• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support the product owner in managing the product backlog and prioritizing work.
• Remove impediments and blockers that may hinder team progress.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and principles.
• Ensure the team follows Scrum best practices and processes.
• Track and report on team performance metrics and progress.
• Foster a collaborative and transparent team environment.
• Promote continuous improvement within the team.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Agile methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a related Agile role.
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience with Agile tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC)).
• Familiarity with [specific industry such as finance, healthcare, etc.].
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.
